Surf Cash was probably the best PTC site when it was launched.
Dozens of ads everyday from 0,25 to 2 cents, a very low pay-out and payements by paypal in less then 24 hours. Really a must! After a month the ad's value decreased but it still is a good site with a very effective support forum.
